Work

I build companies, and I run them.

Most of my days go to Whitespace, a web agency where we design and build SaaS — the kind of software a company signs in to and uses every day. I own it, and I was its Managing Director. I chose to step into leading product instead, so I could stay close to the work itself. I'm in it, day to day.

I keep the team small on purpose — around twenty people, no more. Small keeps me close to the work: the direction we take and the quality of what we make. And small still grows; we add around 25% a year, steadily.

We're remote-first. Remote gives people a real life around the work, and it means small doesn't mean local — I work with people and clients anywhere in the world.

I also run Varves, a clothing brand — a different kind of work, and I love it for that. And Bror is mine too.
